During this experience you have the opportunity to create your own master roast together with the roasting master.
Roasting coffee is a traditional craft that requires skill and a sense of taste. Each roaster has his own recipes, which emphasizes the individual character of the coffee.
The heat during roasting causes very complex chemical reactions to occur in the coffee bean. This consists of around 300,000 to 400,000 cells. Coffee is therefore one of the most aromatic foods and has significantly more aromatic substances than wine.
